Welcome to JIMMY.CO. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through JIMMY.CO. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Products

All products are made to order and assembled by hand. As a result, slight cosmetic variations may occur between products. Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the final item.

3. Processing Time

  • Orders are made to order.
  • Please allow up to 14 business days for production before dispatch.
  • Processing times may be extended during peak periods.

4. Pricing

All prices are listed in the applicable currency displayed at checkout and are subject to change without notice.

5. Payments

Payment must be received in full before production begins. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully completed.

6. Shipping

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information (where available).

JIMMY.CO is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Customs processing
  • Weather events
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

7. Returns & Refunds

As many of our products are handmade and built to order, change-of-mind returns are not accepted.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can work towards a suitable resolution.

8. Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct:

  • Product colour
  • Wiring option
  • Any optional extras

JIMMY.CO is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect selections made during checkout.

9. Product Installation

Our products should be installed correctly and used only for their intended purpose.

JIMMY.CO is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect installation
  • Damage caused during installation
  • Damage to vehicles or other property resulting from improper installation or misuse

If you are unsure how to install your product, we recommend seeking assistance from a qualified installer.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JIMMY.CO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law, including consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, including product designs, logos, images, graphics, and text on JIMMY.CO, is the property of JIMMY.CO unless otherwise stated. They may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
